Dhekra has worked in a variety of fields, including air traffic management, the airline industry, car-embedded systems, and now Orange.

Dhekra joined the DATA AI program as a solution manager. She helped to shape the transition to an automated, client-centric recommendation ecosystem.

She is currently a member of the product management team reshaping Orange's recommendation personalization ecosystem, ensuring the link between business orientation/requirements and technical teams, and is responsible for overall IT solution coordination and implementation.
