Adam de Linde is Director of User Experience (UX) at Orange Innovation and heads the xdlab (experience design lab) team in London.

His background is in interaction design and information architecture and he is a proponent of Design Thinking and Service Design.

Adam has worked with a wide range of portfolios at Orange, including Devices, Identity, Entertainment and IoT.

He currently manages XR (extended reality) design at Orange Group, and is advocating new approaches to service design in Web3.
